Showroom Sales Manager


39 hours per week on a rota basis

Full driving licence preferable

We're incredibly proud of our always-popular showroom products, not to mention our cutting-edge and market-leading interactive design tool, called Spaces. Here, you'll run your own 'store within a store', helping to make our Kitchen, Bathroom, Bedroom and Installation department an even more inspiring place to both shop and work. That means as a Showroom Sales Manager, you'll be involved in everything from motivating your team to developing long-term sales growth within the store. Every day you'll expertly delegate tasks and make informed commercial decisions based on our customers' needs. In fact, you'll be a customer 'champion', building lasting relationships with trade and retail customers by carefully listening to their project requirements and supporting them with the most relevant products, services and advice.

We're looking for a Showroom Sales Manager with previous experience in a fast-paced sales environment, someone who knows how to manage targeted-sales people. With a genuine passion for people and a commitment to our shared values of 'Customer', 'Family' and 'Can do', you'll be proactive, open-minded, and a natural leader - confident to take action and considered risks while empowering those around you. It's important that you're flexible about when you can work too, as you'll be covering store opening hours on a rota basis, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays. A valid driving licence is preferred. To really make a mark as a Showroom Sales Manager, you'll also need high levels of energy and drive.
