About the Job:

We are looking for:

  • an experienced Office Administrator with
  • excellent communication skills
  • knowledge of SAGE50 Invoicing preferred

The job role will involve:

  • Processing customer orders
  • Invoicing on SAGE 50
  • Shipping
  • Mail shots
  • Taking sales calls, helping with queries
  • General filing/scanning/photocopying
  • Any other tasks as required

Hours: 8.30 – 5.00 pm (4.30 pm Friday)

Holiday: 20 days (plus bank holidays)
