We aspire to advise our clients on all aspects of their online business strategy. Using Google's broad range of products, we help our clients connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.


  • Develop/prototype and form ideas of bold and unique digital experiences in partnership with top brands and agencies throughout EMEA.
  • Work with internal Google teams (Product, Sales, Marketing, etc) in order to solve brand challenges through storytelling and technology. Provide in-house technical advice to Production, Creative, and Account teams.
  • Participate and/or lead innovation sessions (Design Thinking workshops, etc) in partnership with other ZOO teams.
  • Keep up-to-date with Google product releases and communicate their impact to the wider ZOO team(s). Drive technical innovation in The ZOO and provide the underlying technical understanding of our creative solutions.
  • Identify future opportunities, industry trends and emerging technology that can add value to Google’s business.


Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with web languages and technologies (e.g. JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Java/Android, WebGL). Experience with UI/UX for desktop and mobile devices.
  • Experience speaking to technical, creative and business audiences.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience of leading technology and innovation projects for iconic global brands, or related development position at a creative agency with a portfolio of original and breakthrough work.
  • Experience in application development - Android and/or iOS.
  • Passion for various technical areas, including mobile app and web development, real-time communication, machine learning, large-scale application development, hardware hacking (e.g. Arduino/RaspberryPi), Human-Computer Interaction, and experimental UI prototyping.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to comfortably address multiple/varying audiences.
